Java Frinsa Estate grows, guides partnering farmers, collects, and processes specialty coffee at Bandung Highland area, West Java – Indonesia.

Established in 2012, CV Frinsa Agrolestari was first built out of owners’ concerns for the condition of their homeland where landslides and floods are annual routines despite being located on a highland. Unwise agricultural practices are one of the main causes of it. Wildan and Atieq looked for plants that could solve this, and that is how coffee was chosen by them with Java Frinsa Estate as the brand.

Processing starts after picking the ripest cherries, then the cherries are rinsed and floated. Moved to the fermentation tank for 2 - 4 days depending on the temperature of the environment. Dried for 3 weeks through the direct sun.
