To control agitation and flow rate, he utilizes a drip assist, pairing it with a Hario Switch and a Sibarist fast paper filter.

The immersion method locked the contact time, while Sibarist ensured a faster and more consistent percolation and drawdown phase. Drawing parallels to a well-exposed photograph, Bayu’s blend embodies three essential tonal elements: highlights, mid-tones, and shadows.
