Events outside Common Grounds Coffee Roasters' control shall be considered force majeure, such as government action, new or amended legislation, conflict, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Return and Refund Policy
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 3 days of your purchase. We will only credit for any mistakes, shortages, incorrect items shipped, or defective items once these items have been properly returned back to us and/or we have checked and verified your order.
Please note that the product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging and can be only returned the same items once. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can return the package to us by sending an e-mail to us with proof of purchase, photo of your product and a reasonable explanation as to your disatisfaction. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item).
